Maybe you’re like me and you’re always trying to make your dollar stretch. Perhaps a new year’s resolution was to save more money this year? One place that we all know that spending can’t be avoided is on groceries. BUT there are ways to make it less expensive, right? It’s why extreme couponing is a thing. Most of us aren’t quite that committed, amirite? Today, let me share five easy ways with you that you can save (big bucks!) on quality groceries (we’re talking organic, non-GMO foods!) at Sprouts Farmers Market.

Weekly Circular

Each week Sprouts shares details about items on promotion in a weekly ad circular. With clear images, prices and product descriptions, they help shoppers to create shopping lists. The best part? These ads run for eight days, so you can “double-up” on Wednesday. It even has a name — “Double Ad Wednesday.”

BOGO ways to save Sprouts ad Nashville Moms BlogBOGO Sales

Right now Sprouts is having one of their “Buy One, Get One” sales! For two weeks (from Feb. 15 thru March 1) you can enjoy incredible savings on more than 600 of Sprouts’ bestselling products. Simply buy one product at regular retail price and receive the second item (of equal or lesser value) free! Check the weekly circular at Sprouts.com to find items on sale at your local store. Some of my faves on BOGO? Cuties, Odwalla Juices, Brown Cow Yogurts among many more can be found on the list.

Mobile Coupons

Maybe my favorite way to save at Sprouts — their new mobile coupon app makes it even easier to save on Sprouts’ already low prices! Simply download the Sprouts app for iPhone or Android, create an account, digitally clip your coupons and then scan the barcode at checkout. That’s it. No clipping, no sorting, no carrying around (and probably forgetting) your coupons. It’s all on your phone.

Bulk Bins

Bulk items don’t have the marketing or expensive packaging costs built into their pricing like conventional brand items. Sprouts offers tons of options including multiple types of nuts, dried rice, beans, and fruit. They even have chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth! And don’t forget the spices. Sprouts carries 100 bulk spices. That’s a tremendous value to customers. You can buy as little or as much as you like. Need just a teaspoon of turmeric for new recipe? This is also a great way to try a new flavor without committing to a full jar of a spice with which you’re unfamiliar. Take only as much as you need!

Get over to Sprouts and save on your family’s groceries, mama. The BOGO sale is on for another week — and tomorrow is Double Ad Wednesday! Don’t miss out!
