#shop615 Memberships & Classes NMB

Cheekwood Botanical Gardens ::
A family membership to Cheekwood is fun for everyone for the whole year. With great exhibits like the upcoming International Treehouse exhibit, the summer fun of Music in the Garden, their delightful Christmas celebrations (including this year’s new HOLIDAY lights), it’s a beautiful place to enjoy nature in all it’s beauty as well as the arts. Gift memberships available.

Nashville Zoo ::
Lions, and tigers, and bears—oh, my! Ok, no lions, but the bears are coming! With constant upgrades and expansions over the last and coming year, our zoo just keeps getting better. Little ones love getting to pet the kangaroos, feeding the lorikeets, gazing in awe at the Unseen World exhibit, and don’t forget — the always popular Critter Encounters (petting zoo)! This family membership is always a hit. Gift memberships available.

Green Elephant Arts ::
From summer camps to bi-weekly classes, this asset to the Nashville scene gives your kids the chance to explore their creativity through art and music. The art studio has various themed events and open studio time throughout the year in addition to their educational offerings. Don’t forget that they’re available for homeschool groups or private lessons too! Gift certificates available.

They even offer parties where you and friends can create together!

Pink Texas Designs ::
Another mom-owned favorite, Pink Texas is the home of the wildly popular #handsfull mugs and T-shirts. These gorgeous (and totally relatable!) gifts are sure to be a favorite of any mama on your list. Other offerings include calligraphed signs, apparel, personalized prints and graphics, and custom calligraphy.

Gifts That Give Back #shop615Branded Collective ::

This locally owned company is intentional in every aspect of their processes. They employ survivors of human trafficking from Nashville-based non-profit End Slavery Tennessee. Additionally, local artisans are sought out to design and hand-craft the jewelry collection. Finally? 25% of the profits go to the rescue and restoration of survivors. If you’re looking to shop locally and to give back to the community in more ways than one this holiday, we encourage you to select gifts for your friends and loved ones from Branded Collective.

Fairytales Bookstore & More ::

Nashville recently lost the owner of this darling shop, Tammy Derr, to a battle with cancer. Tammy was a tremendous community asset with her passion for educating and celebrating our smallest citizens through events and storytimes at her shop—she proved to be a valued resource for parents and those who love children. She was a stalwart community member, lending her love and support to all who have needed or wanted it. When you shop small and shop locally at Fairytales this season, you support both Tammy’s dream & her beautiful family: John, Katie, Izzy & JoJo.

Thistle Farms ::

Thistle Farms is a residential program for healing for women survivors of abuse, addiction, trafficking and prostitution. They operate a natural bath and body product line, the Thistle Stop Cafe, the Studios Workshop and Shared Trade Global Marketplace employing residents and graduates of the residential program. Tea, coffee, essential oils, bath products, apparel, and much more are available from this incredible sanctuary for women. And if you just can’t choose, gift cards are available!

The Avenue Murfreesboro is another great Nashville-area shopping spot which hosts over twelve locally owned and operated shops including Carla & Co., e.Allen, fab’rik Murfreesboro, ONU Salon, Mimi’s Boutique, Toodles, as well as many others.

Disclosure :: #shop615 is a sponsored post. That said, we sourced each and every gift included in this Nashville holiday shopping guide ourselves and only included our very favorite ideas and companies primarily from local sources.
