2018 Guide To Pumpkin Patches In Nashville and Surrounding Areas! Happy Fall, Y’all!

We’re back with this year’s Pumpkin Patch Guide! As always, we hope this helps your family plan many lasting memories! Remember that many of these businesses are working farms, so it’s best to call ahead with any questions. If you think the weather will affect the hours listed here, ALWAYS double check before heading out. If you visit one of the patches listed, we’d love it if you tagged both them and us on your social posts. We love seeing those smiling faces! Happy pumpkin picking!

Amazing Acres of Fun

2857 Old Kentucky Road, North Sparta, TN
September 22nd – November 3rd
September Hours:  Saturday 10am – 9 pm; Sunday 1pm – 5pm
October Hours:  Friday 6pm – 9 pm; Saturday 10am – 9pm; Sunday 1pm – 5pm
November 3rd:  10am – 2pm
Need to Know: 12 & under can select a 3-6 pound pumpkin free with paid farm admission!

Batey Farms

3250 Wilkinson Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
They’ve changed their operation this year! Throughout the month of October, they’ll be offering food trucks and fire pits each Tuesday evening. S’mores and craft beer will also be available. Please call ahead to reserve your campfire. 

Bottom View Farm

185 Wilkerson Lane, Portland, TN
September 23rd – October 31st, 8 am — 4 pm daily
Admission: $10 for anyone 3 & up
Need to Know: The best time for the general public to visit is on the weekends, when all activities will be up and running. They do offer field trip rates, so please call them to learn more if you are taking a group from school! 

Boyds Pumpkin Patch

1425 Hwy 76, Clarksville, TN
Dates and  times for the 2018 season were not available at time of publishing.
Admission for the corn maze: $5 for 6 years old & up
Need to Know: You pay for the pumpkins by the pound, and these will run you 25 cents per lb.

Brown’s Holiday Farm

31E Hwy 1998, Gallatin, TN
September 20th – November 2nd; Saturday: 9am – dark; Sunday: noon – dark
Admission is $10/person. 2 and under free
Need to Know: Wander through the mazes, slide down the slides, and race some pumpkins while you’re there! 

Cedarwood Farms

6794 Nashville Hwy, McMinnville, TN
September 21st – October 31st, Monday – Thursday, By appointment only; Fridays 8:30am – 10pm; Saturdays 9:30am – 10pm; & Sundays Noon – 5pm
Admission: 3yrs – 10yrs: $10; 11yrs and up: $12.00 (checks and cash only!)
Need to Know: Check out the Fall Store and Country Kitchen during your trip! 

Cooper Trooper Foundation

The Corner of Cool Springs Blvd and Mallory Lane – 530 Cool Springs Blvd, Franklin
October 6th – October 31st, Sunday – Friday 10am – 7pm; Saturdays 9am – 8pm
Admission: There is no admission fee for the pumpkin patch. 100% of proceeds go toward pediatric cancer research and sibling support.
Need to Know: The Cooper Trooper Foundation was founded in 2008 after Cooper Cook was diagnosed with cancer at 8 weeks old.  To date, this foundation has donated $150,000 towards the pediatric cancer research fun at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. (By the way, Cooper is now a happy and healthy little boy!)

Fiddle Dee Farms (Formerly Shuckles Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch)

7526 Swift Road, Greenbrier, TN
September 22nd – November 3rd. Tuesday – Friday: School Field Trips; Friday: 5pm – 9pm; Saturday: 10am-10pm; Sunday: noon – 8pm 
General Admission: $12.76 + tax; Children 2 and under: FREE. Military (with ID) and seniors (65 and up): $11.85 + tax.
Need to Know: There are several activities included with the general admission ticket! If you would like to experience some of the extras (face painting, paint ball, and a zip line -just to name a few), check the website for pricing!

Gentry Farm

1974 New Highway 96 West, Franklin, TN
September 29th  – October 29th,  Mondays 9am – noon; Saturdays: 9am to 5 pm; Sundays: 1pm  to 5pm
Admission: Free for pumpkin patch; $8/person for the activity area, ages 2-65
Need to Know: Last admission to the activity area is 4:15 PM on Saturdays and Sundays and 11:15am on Mondays.  Please allow 1-2 hours to enjoy all the farm has to offer.  Please note the farm closes promptly at the posted times

Giles Farm

1425 Darnell Road, Herndon, KY
October 6th – 28th; Saturdays: 10am – 5pm; Sundays: 1pm – 5pm
Admission is free! 
Need to know: October 27 and 28 is reserved for private parties only. Email [email protected], to reserve a spot for your party of 20 or more. 

Grandaddys Farm

454 Highland Ridge Road, Estill Springs, TN
Opening September 15th. Closing date not noted on website at time of publishing. Tuesdays – Thursdays 1:30pm – 6pm; Fridays 1:30 – 9pm; Saturdays 9am – 9pm Admission: $10 for ages 3 & up 
Need to Know: There are several themed weekends (including costume day!) so make sure to check out their website for a complete list before you head out!

Honeysuckle Hill Farm

1765 Martins Chapel Church Road, Springfield, TN
September 22nd – November 3rd, Tuesday-Thursday 9am to 2:00pm; Fridays 9am – 10pm); Saturdays 10am – 9pm; Sundays noon – 7pm; Monday-Friday Oct 8th – Oct 19th: 9am- 7pm
Admission: This year they have introduced multiple ticket packages, so check the website for a complete list!
Need to Know: They have more activities than we could possibly list here! MAKE SURE you see what they have to offer before planning your trip! 

Keller’s Farm

542 Firetower Road, Dickson, TN
October 1st – October 31st, Saturdays 10am – 5pm;  10am – 6pm; Sundays 11am-4pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 9am – 2pm
Admission: $9 per person, children 2 & under are free; Free admission with ACTIVE military ID
Need to Know: Does someone in your house have an October birthday? Book their party at Keller’s Farm! Party packages available. 

Lucky Ladd Farms

4374 Rocky Glade Road, Eagleville, TN
September 19th – October 28th, Wednesday – Saturdays 10am – 5pm; Sundays noon – 5pm
Admission: Adults and Teens: $14; 2 – 12 years: $12; Children under 2: Free
Need to Know: Lucky Ladd has been voted Favorite Kid-Friendly Farm FOUR years in a row!

Lyon Family Farms

130 Bellview Road, Taft, TN
September 21st – November 3rd Wednesday – Friday 2pm– 7pm; Saturdays 9am – 6pm; Sundays 1 – 6pm
Admission: Multiple prices – check website for full info
Need to Know: October 20th and 27th open after dark until 9pm!

Mrs. B’s Pumpkin Patch

1946 Murfreesboro Pike, Lebanon, TN
October 1st – October 31st, Saturdays 10am – 5pm; Sundays 11am – 5pm
Admission: $15 for ages 1-15; Adult admission is free! That includes the cost of a child’s pumpkin and all activities.
Need to Know: Other pumpkins, gourds, mums, cornstalks and straw will also be for sale.

Ring Farm

2628 Greens Mill Road, Columbia, TN
2018 dates and pricing not available at time of publishing.
Need to Know: Ring Farm also offers Zombie paintball! This is not included in the price of admission.

Walden Farm (My family’s favorite!)

8653 Rocky Fork Rd, Smyrna, TN
September 22nd – October 31st, Closed Wednesdays; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 3pm – 6:30pm; Saturdays 9am – 6:30pm; Sundays noon – 4pm
Admission: Free admission to the farm. Admission for the activity area varies, depending on the activity. Check the website for full details!
Need to Know: Walden Farms is still our favorite! If you go, make sure to try the hayride and bring some spare change for petting zoo food! If your children are brave enough, send them through Creepy Corner and meet them on the other side!

    Thanks for all the info! I’m leaning towards Walden or Gentry Farm 🙂 I love this time of year!
