Ava’s Splash Pad – Opens May 31st

This gem in Mt. Juliet’s Charlie Daniels Park is open daily and can be reserved for parties on hot summer nights. Click this link for hours and rental information.

Cumberland Park SpraygroundOpen Memorial Day through Labor Day

The good news — located at 592 South 1st Street in Downtown Nashville, the sprayground has fountains to play in and lots of water to splash around in. It’s FREE, and it’s the highlight of a very cool park. The bad news —sometimes it’s closed when there’s an event at LP Field. Womp womp.

Don Fox Wading Pool

Lebanon’s Don Fox Park boasts a wading pool for tots — with playgrounds, volleyball courts, and a walking track nearby. The pool can be reserved after hours; check here for more information.

Kirkpatrick SpraygroundOpen Memorial Day through Labor Day

One of Metro’s Parks and Recreation spraygrounds, Kirkpatrick is on the East Side at 620 S. 9th Street.

Nashville ShoresOpens May 14th

What will a million gallons of water get you? Well for starters, a wave pool, a lazy river, water slides, and an enormous bucket of water that spills over and dumps water all over the place every five minutes. Sounds refreshing!

Neighborhood Community Center Pools

Metro has three outdoor community center pools open in the summer. Cleveland Park (610 Vernon Winfrey Ave.), Easley Center at Rose Park (1000 Edgehill Avenue), and Looby (2301 Metro Center Blvd.).

Rivers of Tennessee Fountains, Bicentennial Mall Open April through October

The Bicentennial Mall has 31 fountains in which to splash around. Fun fact: each one represents one of our state’s major rivers.

Watkins SpraygroundOpen Memorial Day through Labor Day

Another of Nashville Metro Parks and Recreation’s locations, you’ll find Watkins Sprayground at Jo Johnston Avenue at 17th Avenue North.

Wave CountryOpens May 28th
